The Sift Mod for Minecraft Bedrock: Current Add-On Options
Compare the current Bedrock The Sift add-on packages, their supported version, and what is still not official vanilla Minecraft.
The Sift Mod for Minecraft Bedrock
If you searched for the sift mod Minecraft Bedrock, you are looking for a community add-on rather than an official vanilla download. Mojang's official announcement says The Sift is planned for Minecraft Java and Bedrock in 2027, and it does not publish a Bedrock portal recipe yet.
Current Bedrock projects to identify
| Author | Package listed | Version shown | What to know |
|---|---|---|---|
| trotamundos872 | Separate RP and BP .mcpack files | Bedrock 26.50 | A beta recreation; match both packs from the same project. |
| Korvvvik | One .mcpack package | Bedrock 26.50 | A separate beta add-on with its own project page and update history. |
These are different projects. A similar name does not mean the files are interchangeable, and the Bedrock package is not the same as Mielon's Java mod.
Before you install
- Open the author's CurseForge project, not a re-upload.
- Check the listed Bedrock version against your client.
- For trotamundos872's project, download the matching resource-pack and behavior-pack files together.
- Back up the world before importing a beta add-on.
- Do not describe either package as the official 2027 vanilla release.
Official status
The official Xbox Wire announcement confirms The Sift's Dungeons II debut and future Minecraft Java/Bedrock release, but it says the access details are still being held back. Until Mojang publishes a vanilla Bedrock build or entry method, treat every CurseForge package as community content.
